Volkswagen Middle East and Al Nabooda Automobiles display impressive Volkswagen fleet at International Automobile Show in Sharjah
Al Nabooda Automobiles, the sole distributor of Volkswagen in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, is showcasing the impressive range of Volkswagen models at the International Automobile Show in Sharjah.
The newly launched Polo Sedan will take centre stage at the Volkswagen exhibition stand, displayed as part of brands sedan category, including the Jetta and Passat.
Visitors to the show, taking place from 28 November to 1 December at the Expo Centre Sharjah, will have the chance to check out two UAE favourites the Touareg and Tiguan, as well as popular sporty model the Scirocco.
The Volkswagen Amarok, the brands commercial vehicle pick up will also be on display.
Sharjah is an integral market to us and the International Automobile Show is a must-attend for the automotive industry in this region, said Thierry Seys, Volkswagen General Manager at Al Nabooda Automobiles.
In 2013, we will open a new AED120million showroom and service centre in Sharjah to provide our customers with easier access to the Al Nabooda Automobiles brands and after-sales service.
This is part of a major investment programme which was launched earlier this year to expand and enhance our operations network and to create world-class facilities in Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah.
Sales results released for the first half of 2012 showed a record performance by Al Nabooda Automobiles; 1,349 vehicles were sold eclipsing the same period in 2011 by 35 per cent. The company remains the largest Volkswagen dealer in the Middle East with 24 per cent of total regional sales in the first half of 2012.
