That is why McLaren Automotive decided to invite its customers throughout the Middle East region to join the anniversary celebrations in Dubai by taking part in McLaren 50: The Drive – which is expected to see an incredible parade of McLaren supercars from the last 20 years.
McLaren Automotive retailers in the Middle East have invited all McLaren F1, 12C and 12C Spider owners to take part in the first event of its kind in the region, and have also extended the invitation to Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren owners.
McLaren 50: The Drive will commence at 10am on Saturday 7th September, starting at The Address Montgomerie Dubai, with the convoy travelling to an exclusive private function hosted in Abu Dhabi, followed by a drive along The Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Jumeirah Beach Road to give supercar fans in the UAE a glimpse of what is sure to be a great collection of the British brand’s high performance sports cars.

McLaren 50 - Celebration highlights:
The celebration will follow the successful events already held in 2013 to mark the 50 year anniversary, including the sale of a unique 12C Spider signed by Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1™ drivers, Jenson Button and Sergio Perez by the recently opened McLaren Manama retailer in Bahrain.
Events have continued through the summer, including the 20th annual Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK, which included McLaren House – a showcase to 50 years of motoring racing success along with latest supercars from McLaren of today.
During the Festival, McLaren presented three exclusives including the global dynamic debut of the McLaren P1™. The limited edition McLaren 50 12C Spider and the 12C GT Sprint, the latest track-focussed model from McLaren GT also featured.
