TOTAL EGYPT SIGNS FIVE-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH AUTO JAMEEL - FORD, DAIHATSU, HINO TO USE WORLD LEADING ENGINE PERFORMANCE OILS IN EGYPT
Based on this agreement, Total Egypt will exclusively provide ALJ Auto Jameel with a range of its superior Performance Engine Oils including (Quartz Family, Rubia Family, Cooling and Transmissions Oils and other fluids).

According to the agreement, all Ford automotive vehicles in Egypt including both passenger and commercial vehicles, will benefit from Total’s Performance Engine Oils protecting engines from wear, transmitting power and facilitating gear shifting. Total’s innovative products are specially designed for fuel savings, environmental protection and enhancing engine’s performance.
Total Egypt will provide ALJ Auto Jameel with all the technical support and training required to ensure that all staff nationwide implement international standards guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.

Abdul Latif Jameel is a prestigious company that has a vast experience in the automobile field as its history in Egypt went through very important stages.
In 1999, ALJ established the United Trading Company as its first footprint in the Egyptian automotive market, and it has been known for providing customers with direct consumer financing programs. Its program, “El-Mobasher”, is one of the unique and distinguished mechanisms launched by the group in order to reflect its strategy that is based on principles of transparency, trend and diversity, in addition to providing the fastest and easiest service.
In 2006, the group launched its second subsidiary in Egypt, namely “Daihatsu Misr co. LTD” as the sole distributor of the Japanese brand “Daihatsu”. It also owns ALJICO Misr, which it launched in 2009, that represents Hino Motors in Egypt, which is a leading Japanese trucks builder. In March 2014, Abdul Latif Jameel Group announced becoming the exclusive agency for “Ford” in Egypt. It aims at bringing Ford to the top of the Egyptian market by 2017.
