Five separate racing series kick-off at the Dubai Autodrome by Union Properties on 15 and 16 February, as the ‘home of UAE motorsports’ opens its gates for Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East Race this weekend.
Headlining the two-day event will be the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East, featuring identically prepared racing versions of the Lamborghini Huracan. Spread across four classes – Pro, Pro-Amateur, Amateur and Lamborghini Cup – drivers will compete in three races on the weekend.

Sanctioned by the FIA and sponsored by the Automobile and Touring Club of the UAE, drivers compete in cars built by racecar manufacturer Tatuus that feature 1.4-litre Fiat Abarth engines producing 160 horsepower.

The UAE Touring Car Championship has been a fixture on the calendar since 2008, featuring popular automobile brands that prove to be formidable once on the track. The highly competitive Clio Cup offers winners the opportunity to race in the Clio Cup France, courtesy of the French multinational car manufacturer, Renault.

The Bahrain Superbike Championship will feature riders competing on identically prepared Ducati 899 Panigales.
